Authorized signatory
The person submitting renewals and cancellations must be the establishment’s authorized signatory and must log in using their own UAE Pass.
Pending cancellations over 30 days
MoHRE Digital only handles cancellations within the last 30 days. Complete any pending cancellations older than 30 days on Tasheel before 30 October 2026.
In-progress applications
Renewal or cancellation applications already submitted on Tasheel must be completed there. Do not resubmit them on MoHRE Digital.
Verify establishment details
Ensure your establishment and authorized signatory details are up to date to avoid processing delays.

Do I need a UAE PASS account before accessing MoHRE Digital?
Yes. Registration in the UAE PASS app is mandatory before any other step. When you sign in to the portal for the first time with your digital identity, your portal account is created automatically.
Does renewing the permit require filling in all the fields again?
No, the data available in the Ministry's systems will be displayed automatically. You can review the fields that are available for editing and update them as needed.
Which PIN is required during authentication?
It is the UAE PASS app PIN (4 digits). It is different from the 6-digit profile PIN in the portal.
Can I save my application and return later?
Yes. Click Save for Later on the Select Workers page. Your draft is stored and accessible from the Applications page anytime; you can resume from exactly where you left off.
